Terms and conditions
The rules for buying tickets on Parceros Live: who we are, how buying works, delivery, prices and your rights.
Draft pending legal review. This text describes how the platform works today, but it hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer yet and may change before launch.
Who we are
Parceros Group USA LLC ("Parceros Live") runs a secondary marketplace for sports and concert tickets. We are an independent reseller: we are not affiliated with organizers, leagues, teams or artists, and prices may exceed face value.
Your account
You can buy as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for keeping your contact details correct: we use them to send your tickets and order updates.
How buying works
- You choose the event, the quantity and a listing. Each listing shows the zone, the row when known, the selling rule (for example, "sold in pairs") and the delivery type.
- When you start checkout we hold the tickets for 15 minutes.
- The order is confirmed when the payment gateway approves the payment. We email you the confirmation and you see it in My tickets.
Prices and payments
- The price per ticket includes service fees; the total on the buy button is what you pay.
- Prices in other currencies are a reference. You are charged in the gateway's currency at the rate shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by certified gateways. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
We deliver before the event by transfer in the organizer's official app, as a PDF or e-ticket, or in person when arranged. Each listing shows the delivery type and estimated date. See the Purchase guarantee.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Covered by the Refunds and cancellations policy.
Using the tickets
You must follow the organizer's and venue's conditions (ID, prohibited items, opening times). Some organizers restrict resale or transfer; we tell you when a listing has known restrictions.
Layaway
If you pay in installments, the Layaway policy also applies.
Liability
We answer for the validity and on-time delivery of the tickets under the guarantee. We are not liable for the organizer's decisions (schedule, line-up or artist changes) except as the law provides.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Colombian law, in particular the Consumer Protection Statute (Law 1480 of 2011). Write to us through the Contact channels and, if you are not satisfied, you may go to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
