Privacy and data processing
What data we process, why, who we share it with and how to exercise your rights (Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, GDPR and LGPD).

Controller
Parceros Group USA LLC, based in Av. Juan B. Gutiérrez #15-68, Local 1, Pinares, Pereira, Risaralda, Colombia, is the controller of your personal data.
What data we process
- Identity and contact: name, email, phone, country.
- Purchases: orders, tickets, payments (no card data), deliveries and support conversations.
- Browsing: cookies and technical data according to your cookie choice (see Cookies).
- Agencies and sellers: company and representative details and, for sellers, bank details and verification documents.
Why
- To sell and deliver your tickets and handle your requests.
- To prevent fraud and abuse (for example, attempt limits and anti-bot checks).
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- To send you marketing only if you agree; you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
Payment gateways, email and hosting providers, the organizer or seller when delivery requires it, and authorities when the law requires it. Some providers are outside Colombia; we require them to protect your data to equivalent standards.
Your rights
You can access, update, correct and delete your data, withdraw consent and ask for proof of it. In My account → Personal details you can download your data and request account deletion. You can also write to us through the Contact channels. If you live in the European Union or Brazil, you also have your GDPR and LGPD rights.
Retention
We keep data while you have an account or as long as the purpose requires, and accounting and order records for the legal period.
Security
Role-based access control, encryption in transit and audit logs. We never store card data.
