Seller terms
Rules for selling tickets on Parceros Live: verification, listings, delivery, commission, fines and payouts.
Draft pending legal review. This text describes how the platform works today, but it hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer yet and may change before launch.
Verification
To sell you must complete verification (identity, bank details and documents). We may approve, reject or suspend an account.
Listings
Only list tickets you hold or can certainly deliver. Listings are reviewed; once approved, some fields are locked.
Commission and payout
You receive the price minus the commission in force, shown on each listing. We pay by bank transfer after the event (or after delivery, depending on the policy in force), net of any fines.
Delivery
You deliver the tickets to Parceros Live within the deadline shown on each sale; you never see the buyer's details.
Failure to deliver
A failed delivery means a fine and a strike. Several strikes suspend the account automatically. You can appeal.
Prohibited
Fake, duplicated, speculative tickets, or tickets restricted by the organizer without notice. These lead to suspension and any applicable legal action.
